Bio 

Graduated with distinction and recipient of the Filmmaker Award from the Toronto Film School in 2015, Laura is a bilingual writer, director, editor, and animator. She produced two short documentaries in 2015 Entr’actes and Benoit and the trees and the experimental short film La parade. Her short film Winner Gagnant (2016) was selected for the First Look International Award at the Denver Film Festival in Colorado. After being selected at the Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois in Montréal and the Underground Film Festival in Calgary, Winner Gagnant is now broadcast by Unis TV. Her short Lost Cat (2018) was produced with the help of the Media Grant from the Ontario Art Council. Laura is also the recipient of the Talent To Watch grant by Telefilm Canada with which she produced her web series Meilleur Avant/ (2020) in collaboration with Maxime Robin.

Laura is currently working on multiple film and TV projects and is developing her first feature.

En plus d’avoir été sélectionné au Rendez-vous du cinéma québécois à Montréal ainsi qu’au Underground Film Festival à Calgary, Winner Gagnant est maintenant diffusé par Unis TV. Son court métrage Lost Cat (2018) a été produit grâce à l’obtention de la bourse de création médiatique du Conseil des Art de l’Ontario. Laura est également récipiendaire de la bourse Talent en vue par Téléfilm Canada avec laquelle elle a produit la webserie Meilleur Avant/ (2020) en collaboration avec Maxime Robin. 

Laura travail présentement sur de nombreux projets pour le cinéma et la télévision en plus de développer son premier long métrage.
